Mr. Richard English is the main leading force behind his business. He is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of All Island Radiant Incorporated: Heated Flooring and Snow Melt Specialists. His passion, attention to detail, and loyalty to his customers reveal his true intentions when leading his business. Providing customers with the ideal comfort in their homes is focused around maintaining a strong report and following up to make sure each customer is satisfied with the performance of their heating system.
